To clarify one point: Microsoft Office *is* installed locally on each
Mac; the software itself is not being run off of the server. However,
the students' home directories are on the server, and MS Word checks
for files there when it starts up.

I had to issue a ticket due to no student connections to the server. This
is the second time this week we've had the problem. Jason responded he
will let me know when they are working.
We also can not print to the room 1 color laser in the lab. Jason wants to
reconfigure the printers over winter break. I will provide him with a list
of the rooms and the printers in each room.
