The teachers need to have Firefox and Microsoft XML converter installed on
their laptops as they are unable to open communications from the Do in the
updated format. Firefox is needed for Data Director report cards. I have
issued a ticket (1243439782) but I would like to make sure all their
laptops are in the lab onsite when you come to do this. Since report cards
will be due very soon, will this be possible? Please advise
